QC Novma Bali Service Payment Process

The standard payment structure is as follows:

       1.Initial Payment (Service Agreement – 30%)

The client makes an initial payment of 30% of the total service value upon signing the service agreement. This payment covers the initial preparation phase, including:

  • project coordination
  • review of project documentation
  • planning of the monitoring system
  • scheduling of site inspections

    This stage marks the official start of the collaboration between the client and QC Novma Bali.

       2. Monitoring Phase Payment (60%)

The second payment of 60% of the total service value is made during the active monitoring phase of the project.

During this stage, the QC Novma Bali team carries out the core services, including:

  • regular site inspections

  • construction progress evaluation
  • workmanship quality review
  • site condition documentation
  • preparation of project monitoring reports

This payment supports the continuation of monitoring services throughout the project.

      3. Final Payment (10%)

The final payment of 10% of the total service value is made when the project is approaching completion or when the monitoring services have reached their final stage according to the agreed scope. At this stage, the client will receive:

  • documentation of the final construction condition
